11. Core Terms

Core is a self-paced digital education offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Core does not include one-on-one coaching, individualized consulting, guaranteed custom feedback, job placement services, or lifetime updates.

12. Guided Terms

Guided includes Core plus additional support, which may include group coaching, live implementation sessions, and community access. Support is shared among participants, call schedules may change, replay availability may vary, group spaces are not confidential environments, and we do not guarantee individualized outcomes.

13. Elite Terms

Elite includes Core plus premium support, enhanced access, and related services as described in the applicable offer. Elite may require an application, interview, screening, or acceptance process before enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our discretion.

14. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

If your offer includes calls, sessions, consultations, or coaching, you are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be forfeited, rescheduling is subject to availability, and repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of scheduling privileges.

15. Recordings

Some calls, trainings, workshops, and group sessions may be recorded. By participating in a recorded session, you consent to recording of your name, voice, image, likeness, chat contributions, and any content you voluntarily share during the session, where permitted by law.

16. Confidentiality

We value participant privacy, but we do not guarantee confidentiality in community spaces, group calls, masterminds, chats, or any environment involving multiple participants. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not misuse information shared within the program.

17. Testimonials and User Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content for business and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Because Core includes immediate access to digital materials, templates, and proprietary training content, Core is non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Guided

Because Guided includes immediate access to digital materials, group support resources, and limited-capacity coaching and community components, Guided is non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Elite

Because Elite includes application review, onboarding, premium support allocation, scheduling capacity, and immediate access to proprietary materials and services, Elite is non-refundable once accepted and enrolled, unless otherwise required by law or otherwise stated in a separate signed agreement.

5. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Failure to complete the program, attend calls, use the materials, participate in the community, or request support does not cancel your payment obligations.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any billing issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting good-faith resolution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access while the matter is under review.

7. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

No refund will be issued if we determine that you violated our Terms of Use, including unauthorized sharing of materials, credential sharing, recording misuse, community misconduct, or intellectual property infringement.
